Bespoke Employer-Led Programmes (BELPs)

A BELP will boost knowledge and cover skills training to achieve a qualification. Plus, you will gain industry insights from guest speakers and often receive a guaranteed job interview on completion of the programme.

Bespoke Employer Led Programmes (BELPS) are delivered with funding from the Tees Valley Mayor and Combined Authority through its Adult Skills Fund.

Pathways to Employment

Our Pathways to Employment programmes support eligible adults aged 19+ who are unemployed, looking to retrain, upskill or change careers.

Designed around real industry needs programmes to equip learners with sector specific knowledge, essential skills and the practical work-ready experience needed to secure sustainable employment or progress within employment.

Raising Aspirations

We offer flexible courses designed to fit around your life.

Some of the courses build life skills like money management where as others focus on building confidence and gain qualifications you need to find the right job for you and progress in your career.
