NETA Training is a North East provider of engineering and industrial training, delivering high-quality education and skills development for students, apprentices and industry professionals. Based in Stockton-on-Tees, NETA has been supporting the region’s workforce since 1975.

Today, NETA is part of the Education Training Collective (Etc.) and provides a wide range of 16+ study programmes, apprenticeship training and commercial courses designed to meet the needs of both learners and employers. Our programmes focus on developing practical, industry-ready skills across key engineering and technical sectors.

Each year, thousands of learners and industry professionals train with NETA, gaining the knowledge, qualifications and hands-on experience needed to progress into apprenticeships, employment and career development within the engineering and industrial industries.

Training takes place at our specialist training facilities designed to replicate real working environments and provide practical learning experiences. We also work closely with employers to deliver training that supports workforce development and industry standards.

NETA works with a range of recognised awarding bodies and industry organisations to ensure our training meets high national and international quality standards, giving learners and employers confidence in the skills and qualifications achieved.
