Apprenticeship Training

Why choose Apprenticeship Training?

NETA’s apprenticeship training programmes provide a practical route into engineering and technical careers, allowing you to begin developing the knowledge and skills required by apprenticeship standards – even if you have not yet secured employment.

However, to complete a full apprenticeship, you must have a company sponsor. While NETA works closely with a large network of employers and understands what businesses look for in apprentices, this does not guarantee that positions will be available. Securing an employer sponsor remains an essential requirement of the apprenticeship process.

If you already have a sponsoring employer, we will develop a structured training plan aligned to the relevant apprenticeship standard and awarding organisation requirements, ensuring you gain the qualifications, competence, and workplace experience needed for long-term career progression.
