WATER SCHEME PACKAGE Inc. Water Regulations HWSS (Hot Water System Safety) Legionella & Water Treatment for Managers & Operatives

AIM
To provide relevant personnel / operatives with the knowledge and understanding to enable them to demonstrate compliance with legislation when carrying out installation, maintenance and inspection of hot and cold vented and unvented water systems in dwellings.

Pre-Requisite
Candidates should ideally have had previous work experience in trades associated with the construction industry. Those candidates wishing to work with gas fired equipment will also require the appropriate qualification for the industry i.e. ACS certification.

Course Duration
3 days (1½ days training and 1½ days assessment).

10 persons

Training Aids
Lecture notes, audio visual presentation and a range of domestic plumbing installations

Assessment
The learner will be assessed by a written and practical test in line with the scheme requirements.

Certification
On successful completion of the course candidates will receive Logic certificates and identification cards.
