18th EDITION WIRING REGULATIONS (BS 7671-2018) CITY & GUILDS 2382-18 – 1 DAY UPDATE
To provide an outline of the changes from the 17th edition Amendment 3 to the 18th edition IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671 – 2018.
The formal entry requirements for this short course is that all delegates must be able to prove that they have achieved the 17th edition BS 7671: 2008 (2015) yellow book and have completed the online examination since 2015.
Delegates attending the course must have a good working knowledge of electrical installation and electrical science.
The course is primarily aimed at practicing electricians and domestic installer’s; however, the course is also very popular with allied professionals such as contract managers, electrical engineers, designers, consultants, surveyors and other trades needing to update and enhance their understanding of the IET Wiring Regulations.
All delegates attending the course must be over 18 years old.

A two hour open book 60 question evolve on line examination, undertaken on the afternoon of the course, this examination will cover all sections of BS7671 and not only the new changes to BS 7671:2018.
Delegates sitting the on-line examination must produce photographic ID at the start of the course
On successful completion of the on-line examination delegates will receive a City & Guild Level 3 Certificate in the ‘Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671: 2018)’.
