Also located here are the management and administration teams for apprenticship programmes and domestic and commercial gas industry training.

The three training centres on this site include a purpose built scaffolding centre, extensive engineering workshops and welding facilities and a large facility for domestic and commercial gas training and assessment for the ACS scheme.

An external work area provides “on site conditions” training for steel erecting, and materials handling. It also houses a purpose-built vessel for confined space entry and escape courses.
