NETA delegates put the spotlight on Tees Valley Mayoral Election candidates in a special report for ITV Tyne Tees News.

Dave Stephenson, Paul I’Anson, Michael Speight and Craig Paterson were each invited to ask one question to one of the candidates with names drawn randomly from a hat.

With the vote taking place today (Thursday 4th May, 2017) the newly elected Tees Valley Mayor will represent the combined authority area of Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Hartlepool and Darlington.

In the running are: Chris Foote-Wood (Liberal Democrats), Ben Houchen (Conservatives), Sue Jeffrey (Labour) and John Tennant (UKIP)
